School Activities
The After School Study Hall offers a supportive environment where students can focus on their homework and studies. If you need help for a specific class, please notify the librarian ahead of time and a tutor will be found.

Come play unplugged! We meet every Friday at lunch. Risk, Monopoly, Giant UNO, and more. Meet people, make friends, beat them in games!
Learn how to play and record chess. Analyze your games with others to improve. All are welcome from novice to expert. The Chess Club is very comfortable and informal. We try to host at least one tournament per year, usually at the beginning of the second semester.

Creative Arts and Music Club is a club in which group members encourage and support one another in creative endeavors. We host various workshops, discussions about creative goal setting, and art exhibition and/or open mic events for students to practice their craft with a smaller, supportive audience.
The Culinary Arts Club creates menus, caters Special Events, makes holiday Gingerbread Houses /cakes, maintains a herb & vegetable garden.
The award-winning KHS Drama Club puts on 3 drama productions a year. This year's productions are Puffs (November), Charlotte's Web (February), and Once Upon a Mattress (May).
The Engineering Club introduces students to the modern concepts of engineering through demonstrations, building projects, and engaging speakers. We are also involved with NAVFAC and help host and participate in engineering STEM week competitions. The club's goal is to educate students and prompt interest in the field of engineering.
The focus of FCA is to use sports as a platform to learn more about the transforming power of Jesus Christ. At KHS our lunch meetings take place two times per month at Mr. Voth's classroom (Room 301).
